  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, please contact info@thecraftmans.com for custom made orders.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
